Terms & Conditions for Badgworth Brewhouse
Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale and purchase of canned beers and other products ("Products") from Badgworth Brewhouse ("we", "us", "our", or the "Company"), a small microbrewery. By placing an order for our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or of the legal drinking age in your country of residence, whichever is higher, to purchase Products from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Pricing
All prices listed on our website or other promotional materials are in GBP and include all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete, and you agree to pay the total amount due, including any applicable delivery charges. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraud or if we cannot fulfill the order due to inventory or other issues.
Payment
Payment for Products must be made at the time of order through our accepted payment methods. We will not dispatch the Products until we have received full payment.
Delivery
We will make every effort to deliver the Products within the estimated time frame, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery caused by factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather, strikes, or carrier issues.
Returns & Refunds
If you receive damaged or defective Products, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, providing photographic evidence of the issue. We will, at our discretion, issue a refund or replace the damaged or defective items. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for Products if you change your mind or if you have ordered the wrong item.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the sale of our Products shall be limited to the price paid for the relevant Products. We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages or losses, including loss of profits or business opportunities.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our Products, packaging, and branding, including but not limited to trademarks, designs, and copyright, are owned by or licensed to Badgworth Brewhouse. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the sale of our Products.
